TEACHING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS IN THE INFORMATION AGE: STATE OF THE ARTABSTRACTTeaching international business has changed during the last decade because of the emphasis placed on global business by the U.S. government and innovations in computer technology. Academicians and practitioners have been working together in developing new teaching tools to improve the way we teach international business. Recent developments in the areas of computer databases, simulation games and expert systems have added a different dimension to the business curriculum. The AACSB guidelines in incorporating international business practices into the business curriculum have also influenced the new teaching methods employed by colleges and universities in both undergraduate and graduate business education in the U.S.A.
