COUNTRY OF ORIGIN EFFECTS IN LEISURE ACTIVITIESABSTRACTThis paper examines country of origin effects on recreational activities. Two hundred eighty-seven respondents representing foreign and U.S. born White Americans, Filipino-Americans, and Korean-Americans were compared using ANCOVA and Multiple Classification Analysis (MCA). Age, Income and Education were used as covariates in the analyses. Statistically significant differences were found in the degree of participation in recreational activities between U.S. born and foreign born respondent
