Ted Powers
Professor, Psychology

Research Interests
My scholarly interests span the range of clinical and personality psychology.
More specifically, my current research examines the effects of personality variables (such as self-criticism and perfectionism) and motivational factors (such as self-determination and autonomy support) on behavior change (e.g. weight management).
I also have particular clinical interest in time-effective therapies and group therapy.
